PURPOSE: A continuous discharge system and a method using the same are provided to save material costs and improve quality by successively discharging a fluorescent powder A and a fluorescent powder B, a silicon, and hardener by a fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION: In a continuous discharge system and a method using the same, a fluorescent powder A(111) and a fluorescent powder B(121) are coated in an LED device. Fluorescent powder storages(110,120) store the fluorescent powder A and the fluorescent powder B. A servo motor(130) transfers the fluorescent powder storage to a beaker(190). Syringes(150,160) accommodate the silicon(151) and the hardener(161). An electronic balance(200) senses the mass variation of an additive.
