<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic sol composition hardly causing problems of damaging the appearance by the expansion of a sealing agent accompanied with the expansion of air present in a clearance of a joining part of steel sheets after preliminary curing when heating the sealing agent, and securing sufficient ductility and strength after baking. <P>SOLUTION: The acrylic sol composition contains 25-250 pts.mass of a reactive urethane oligomer obtained by reacting a hydroxy group-containing α, β-unsaturated carboxy compound with the terminals of a polyether polyol having 4,000-10,000 of the molecular weight through an aromatic isocyanate, 0.5-50 pts.mass of a polymerization initiator, 2.5-100 pts.mass of a latent curing agent and 15-150 pts.mass of a blocked isocyanate-containing urethane prepolymer as an adhesive based on 100 pts.mass of an acrylic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
