<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-operable washing device capable of reducing the amount of radioactive waste. <P>SOLUTION: This washing device 10 includes a washing drier 11 for washing a cleaning object by supplying fine bubbles (micro-bubbles or nano-bubbles) of ozone or air to cleaning water not including a detergent, a washing waste liquid collection tank 12 for storing washing waste liquid, a washing waste liquid filter 13 for filtrating the washing waste liquid, a washing waste liquid sample tank 14 for storing filtered liquid, a backward cleaning device 15 for cleaning a filter medium of the washing waste liquid filter 13, a backward-cleaning waste liquid collection tank 16 for storing filter medium cleaning waste liquid, and pipes 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 for connecting each component respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
