PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the degradation of sound quality by adjusting phases of reproduction sound from a plurality of network speaker devices connected to a home network.

SOLUTION: The transmitting apparatus 601 includes: a storage means 64 for storing delay time for every speaker device 602; a generation means 63 for embedding each delay time in audio signals to be transmitted as meta information and respectively generating transmission audio signals; and a transmission means 65 for transmitting the transmission audio signals to the corresponding speaker device 602. Each speaker device 602 includes: a separation means 68 for separating the transmission audio signals into the audio signals and the meta information; a silent signal generation means 610 for generating silent signals; a correction means 611 for generating audio signals for which the silent signals for the delay time of the separated meta information are added to the head of the separated audio signals; and a reproduction means 615 for reproducing the audio signals to which the silent signals are added.
