<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup which can obtain a stable servo signal from a multilayer disk which has three or more information recording layers, and to provide an optical disk device. <P>SOLUTION: The optical pickup includes: a laser package which includes in one casing, a main light source which outputs a main beam for recording or reproducing a signal to the optical disk, a first sub-light source which outputs a first sub-beam for servo which is incoherent to the main beam, and a second sub-light source which outputs a second sub-beam for servo which is incoherent to the main beam and the sub-beam 1; an objective lens which condenses the main beam, the first sub-beam and the second sub-beam to the optical disk; and a photodetector which receives light from the main beam, the first sub-beam and the second sub-beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
