<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition capable of achieving high-quality image free of white streak and rough texture even when a printing paper such as an art paper is used, especially even when printed in low resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for inkjet recording at least containing a coloring material, water and a surfactant also contains a sparingly water-soluble alkanediol, a water-soluble 1,2-alkanediol and a dialkylene glycol, and one or more kinds selected from a water-soluble alkanetriol, a sugar and a hydroxy alkoxy alkane diol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
