PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas barrier laminated film causing no deterioration of gas barrier property even when subjected to the ordinary processing as a packaging material, suitably used in the packaging field of food, daily articles or pharmaceuticals or the filed of electronic equipment-related members, in particular, for the case of requiring high gas barrier property. SOLUTION: The gas barrier laminated film is formed by sequentially forming an anchor layer, and a gas barrier layer formed of silicon oxide expressed by SiOxCy (x is 1.5-2.0, y is 0-0.5) on at least one face of a base material layer consisting of a plastic film.
