PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a printed circuit board having a solder resist film that is superior in heat resistance and resolution, is capable of suppressing coloring resulting from degradation with time in the reflectance, and has a high reflectance function. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the printed circuit board having a high-reflectance solder resist film that allows efficient use of LED light and having a function as a backlight reflector includes: a step of applying a white solder resist A onto a substrate having electronic circuit wiring formed thereon and of curing the white solder resist A; and a step of additionally applying a white solder resist B onto the white solder resist A and of curing the white solder resist B.
