摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress analysis method for rolling fatigue which can obtain stress in the rolling fatigue of a metal base by simulating and obtaining the state of the stress and distortion around a nonmetal inclusion present in the metal base of a mechanical structural component without implementing a rolling fatigue test. SOLUTION: A position of a rolling body B pressed to the metal base A is selected from five or more positions within a range forwardly or backwardly separated from a position immediately above the nonmetal inclusion C by the same length dimension d as a depth dimension d on a surface of the nonmetal inclusion C in the rolling direction of the rolling body C among positions at which the rolling body B rolls on a surface of the metal base A.
