PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack curing type emulsion composition which is excellent in storage stability and forms a coating film exhibiting superior tackiness, adhesiveness, toughness, durability and water resistance even in a drying state at a normal temperature, and having little performance variation with time. SOLUTION: In the one-pack curing type emulsion composition, polymer particles are dispersed in an aqueous medium. The polymer particles are produced by emulsion polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer (A-1) and a monomer (A-2) having an ethylenic unsaturated group other than the (A-1), in the presence of a compound (B) having at least two epoxy groups in one molecule and a basic catalyst (C).
