PURPOSE: A projector is provided to reduce the time for installation by determining the available installation position using a separate light source. CONSTITUTION: A projector comprises an outer cover(100), an optical engine, a first hole, and a second hole. The outer cover forms an external appearance of the projector. The optical engine is accommodated in the outer cover and projects an image to outside. The first hole delivers a part of the light to the front side of the outer cover. The second hole delivers a part of the light to the upper side of the outer cover. The first hole and the second hole are formed in the outer cover to be connected to each other. |
