The invention relates to a facility, in particular for producing, storing and treating fluids, of the type including a floating unit (1), provided with a system for rotary mooring to a single point via a turret (2) pivotably mounted in a well of the floating unit and moored to the sea bed, the mooring system including devices (10, 12) for guiding the turret (2) in the well (3), which comprises rotary elements arranged between raceways of the turret and the floating unit. The facility is characterised in that the rotary elements are rigid elements (22a, 22b) arranged to form a crown and regularly distributed about the axis of the well, and in that the means for absorbing deformations are combined with the rotary elements and inserted between the latter and the turret or the floating unit. The facility can be used in the field of offshore oil or gas production facilities.
