PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescent device is provided to improve a color reproduction ratio by maximizing the optical path of a luminescent material at characteristics. CONSTITUTION: In an organic electro luminescent device, a semiconductor layer(113) comprised of a first region(113a) and second region(113b) is installed in a firs substrate. A gate insulating layer(116) covering the semiconductor layer is formed. The gate electrode is formed on the gate insulating layer. An inter-layer insulating film(123) is formed on the gate electrode. Source and drain electrodes(133,136) are formed on the inter-layer insulating film.
