<p>An appliance for retaining a window or a door wing in a selected position consists of a tubularly designed guiding part (1) with a longitudinal geometrical axis (10) and also of a bearing part (2) which is running coaxially to the said guiding part (1) and is, at least partly, inserted into the said guiding part (1). The guiding part (1) comprises an inclination (12) which - when observed in the direction from the section (20'') of the bearing part (2), existing outside of the range of the guiding part (1), towards the section (20') of the bearing part (2), existing within the range of the guiding part (1) - is running inwards in the direction towards the longitudinal axis (10) and towards a respective surface (20) of the section (20') of the bearing part (2), existing within the range of the guiding part (1), where there is available a roller element (13) - within the range between the said inclination (12) of the guiding part (1) and the said surface (20) of the bearing part (2) - which is pressed against the said surface (20) of the bearing part (2) by means of a spring (14) and is provided to be wedged between the said surface (20) and the said inclination (12) during the pushing of the bearing part (2) into the guiding part (1).</p> |
