摘要 PURPOSE: A full-automatic door system using rack-pinion and a cam block for a shield room is provided to improve the uniformity of shielding electromagnetic interferences because the rack-pinion is driven with a cylinder formed on a door frame and a bearing formed in a shaft is received in a cam block at the time of locking. CONSTITUTION: A full-automatic door system using rack-pinion and a cam block for a shield room comprises a door frame(100), a door body(200), a door transfer apparatus, and a controller(400). The door frame comprises a cam block(130) which has an inclined surface toward the inside of a shield room and facing side ends open. The door body includes a door plate(210), a shielding rib, front and rear shield driving parts, and a lower shield driving part(240). The door transfer apparatus includes a back-and-forth transfer part and a right-and-left transfer part. The controller controls the opening/closing operation of the door transfer apparatus and the sliding speed of the door body, returns the door body to the original position when detecting an obstacle, or keeps the door body open when the power supply is cut off.
