PURPOSE: A composite waterproofing construction method using a polyurea coating agent is provided to prevent the formation of excessive pin holes in a waterproofing layer formed on a concrete structure by placing a mesh type carbon fiber sheet on a primer layer. CONSTITUTION: A composite waterproofing construction method using a polyurea coating agent is as follows. An adhesive including moisture-curing polyurethane is spread on the surface of a concrete structure(10) in order to form a primer adhesive layer(20). A mesh type carbon fiber sheet(30) having permeability is installed in order to prevent the delamination and bulging on the concrete structure. A waterproofing agent including acrylate copolymerization modified resin and isocyanate prepolymer is spread in order to form a first waterproofing main layer(40). A polyurea waterproofing agent of high pressure and high temperature is spread by jetting in order to form a second waterproofing main layer(50). Top coating is spread to form a top layer(60), thereby preventing the yellowing of the main layers caused by ultraviolet ray. |
