MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH EFFICIENCY ELECTRODE HAVING PLASTIC SUBSTRATE AND DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELLS USING THE SAME

<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a high efficiency electrode having a plastic substrate and a dye sensitized solar cells using the same are provided to improve interconnection between nano particles by including a semiconductor electrode which is manufactured through high temperate plastic. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method of a high efficiency electrode having a plastic substrate and a dye sensitized solar cells using the same, an organic material is coated on a conductive glass plate. A semiconductor electrode is formed by coating nano particle oxide paste on a conductive paste and drying it over 450°C to be sintered. The semiconductor electrode is separated from the conductive glass plate. The separated semiconductor electrode is adhered to a conductive plastic substrate. The separated semiconductor electrode and the conductive plastic substrate are combined with each other through a silver paste.</p>
