<p>PURPOSE: A die head for forming multi-tone containers and a molding apparatus including the same are provided to minimize post-treatment processes such as thermal transfer, printing and coating for molded containers. CONSTITUTION: A die head for forming multi-tone containers comprises first and second fixing units(302,303), first and second annular passages(310,320), first and second paths(311,321), and a mandrel(350). The first and the second fixing units are installed around the mandrel to the center. The first annular passage is formed between the first and the second fixing units and the second annular passage is formed between a body and the second fixing unit. The first and the second paths are respectively connected to the first and the second annular passages. The mandrel is eccentric from the center so that a parison is extruded in a main resin layer of mono-tone and a continuous tone-gradation colored layer is formed by the thickness difference.</p> |
