PURPOSE: A cooling device for an electric compartment is provided to effectively transmits heat of compartment without having a heat transferring block, thereby improving cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A first heat pipe(10) has a receiving groove formed on contract surface and the contract surface contacting to heat compartment, and has a wick in inner circumference. A second heat pipe(20) has a contact unit contacting to the heat compartment by being inserted to the receiving groove and has a wick which is formed to the inner circumference. A radiating fins(30) is arranged to upper side of the heat compartment and is combined to the first and second heat pipe. The first heat pipe is combined to the center part of the radiation pin. The second heat pipe is combined to an edge of the radiation pin.
