PURPOSE: A dust collecting apparatus, a ventilation system, and a ventilation method using thereof are provided to effectively ventilate high temperature air, and to effectively collect dust in a steel mill. CONSTITUTION: A dust collecting apparatus comprises the following: a collection housing(310) with a hollow unit inside, and an opened upper side; plural ducts(320) connected to the collection housing, for being connected to the hollow unit; a spraying unit(330) for spraying dust collecting water to the hollow unit; and a circulation unit collecting the dust collecting water from the collection housing, and circulates the dust collecting water to the spraying unit.
