PURPOSE: An apparatus for incineration of domestic waste or infectious waste is provided to ensure improved combustion efficiency by gradually transferring waste to be uniformly burned. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for combustion of domestic waste or infectious waste includes a waste incineration part which comprises an incinerator(120), a furnace(140), a plurality of transfer rotary units(160), and a hot air passage(180). The incinerator burns waste put in through a waste hopper(122). The furnace has a burner(142) on a side and a vent(144) on the other. The transfer rotary units, which comprise a plurality of blades(164), are arranged inside the furnace. The waste burned by the burner is gradually transferred by the rotary units. The hot air passage is connected to an air combustion part(200) and allows the hot air produced in the furnace to pass therethrough so as to re-heat the furnace.
