PURPOSE: A heater device for a railway vehicle is provided to ensure convenient inspection and efficient heating because a heater can be easily drawn to the front of a seat and stably fixed while the heater can effectively provide heat to the indoors during the operation. CONSTITUTION: A heater device for a railway vehicle comprises a fixed frame(100), a support frame(200), a connector(300), and a heater(400). The fixed frame is fixed to a seat frame under a seat. The support frame is fixed in the fixed frame to face the front of the seat. The connector is formed of a plate whose bottom part is connected to the bottom of the support frame with a first hinge(310). The heater provides heat to the interior of passenger rooms. The top part of the heater is connected to the top of the connector with a second hinge(410) so that the heater is located on the front side of the support frame to face the front of the seat or drawn out to the front of the seat according to the rotation of the first and second hinges.
