<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary for a store to construct a special system in order to make an integrated credit card available in the store. <P>SOLUTION: In an integrated card settlement center 100 for providing a settlement service with an integrated credit card, a store 120 is communicatively connected to the integrated card settlement center in similar configuration as it is connected to a credit card company 130 for the settlement of a normal credit card. The store makes a contract with the integrated card settlement center to transmit a transaction request with the integrated credit card to the integrated card settlement center. On the other hand, the store which has not made a contract with the integrated card settlement center transmits the transaction request to the predetermined credit card company 131.
