<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device that transmits encoded information by selecting the encoded information from in a plurality of encoded information, encoded by segmentation, so as to achieve resolution suitable for display performance of a display means at each base. <P>SOLUTION: Processing is executed so as to acquire resolution information from a communication terminal device in another base (S402). Image information photographed by a camera 171 of one's own base is acquired (S403). Next, it is determined whether or not a change instruction of the resolution information is received (S404). When determined that the change instruction of the resolution information is not received (S404: NO), image information segmentation processing is executed (S406) and the image information is subjected to encoding processing (S407). In the encoding processing here, encoding processing is executed for each segmented region segmented by the processing in the step S407.
