PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire clamp capable of operating independently which provides different wire clamping techniques. SOLUTION: A terminal wire block includes a spring clamp and a screw clamp and by using one or both clamps, holds an electric wire at a regular position. The spring clamp includes a cage and a spring, and presses the wire to one of walls of the cage. The screw clamp includes a fastener with an outside screw such as a screw and holds the wire at a regular position when the fastener is screwed tightly. One or both of the spring clamp and screw clamp can operate independently from the other clamps.
