PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the accumulation of air on the lens-molding surface of a mold for lens array molding, and to secure the accuracy of the lens of a lens array molded. SOLUTION: The mold for the lens array molding is for molding a lens array in which a plurality of lenses are arranged by compressing a molding material, and includes a transfer surface containing a plurality of lens-molding surfaces each molding a lens, and at least one vent extracting air from between the transfer surface and the molding material. A plurality of concave parts are formed at the transfer surface, and a lens-molding surface is formed at the bottom surface of each concave part.
