PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret having excellent spinning stability, giving little fineness unevenness among single fibers and among yarns, and exhibiting remarkable effects for obtaining yarns having good quality such as thickness unevenness, strength and elongation of the yarn when producing a multifilament. SOLUTION: The spinneret having arranged spinning holes for spinning a polymer as a filament yarn satisfies the following requirements (1) to (4): (1) the spinning hole is at least constituted of an introducing hole, and an extruding hole arranged at the downstream side of the introducing hole in the spinning route of the polymer, and for extruding the polymer from the lower surface of the spinneret; (2) the spinneret is at least constituted of an upper plate in which the introducing holes are arranged, and a lower plate in which the extruding holes are arranged; (3) the cross section area of the introducing hole in the direction orthogonal to the spinning route direction of the polymer is larger than that of the extruding hole in the direction orthogonal to the spinning route direction of the polymer; and (4) the heat conductivity of the upper plate is smaller than that of the lower plate.
