PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna structure having high receiving sensitivity, allowed to be stably held by a simple method and capable of reducing the size of the whole device, and to provide an electronic apparatus and a method for manufacturing the antenna structure. SOLUTION: The antenna structure 7 is fixed on a circuit board 6 by a pair of lead members 77a, 77b which are electrically connected to a winding start terminal part of a coil 72 wound around a long core 71 and a winding end terminal part thereof. Since the pair of lead members 77 are used also as holding members for holding the antenna structure 7 on the circuit board 6, the antenna structure 7 can be stably fixed on the circuit board 6 by a simple and compact form without separately forming members for fixing the antenna structure 7.
