PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent auxiliary cooling device capable of keeping a height of a water spray pipe in a supporting frame and preventing noise due to collision based on relative vibration of both. SOLUTION: The water spray pipe 50 for spraying cooling water is supported by the supporting frame 40 through a plurality of elastic retaining rings 53 as elastic supporting members at prescribed pitches L at an intermediate section between both ends. As the water spray pipe 50 is retained in a horizontal state without bent in a cylindrical space 45 of the supporting frame 40, the cooling water is uniformly jetted from water spray holes 52 formed on the water spray pipe 50 to uniformly wet a cooling mat. Further as the water spray pipe 50 is retained separately from the supporting frame 40, abrasive sound due to collision with the supporting frame 40 is not generated even when vibration of an outdoor unit is transmitted, and the silent auxiliary cooling device can be provided.
