PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroelectric system which can attain good energy efficiency with a reduced area. SOLUTION: The hydroelectric system includes: an output pipe case; a rotary cylinder disposed rotatably within the output pipe case, and including a blade arranged on the inner wall thereof and a through-hole of a predetermined diameter formed at the rotation center thereof; and a power-generating unit which generates electricity based on the rotation of the rotary cylinder.
