PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce viscosity by converting high molecular compound having an electrostatic charge control property to gelatinized particles. SOLUTION: Migration particle dispersion liquid contains at least migration particles, dispersion medium, high molecular compound particles which are gelatinized and has electrostatic charge control property.
