PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a projecting part of a leg-sweeping-away member collides with a lower leg of a pedestrian via a bumper face when the leg-sweeping-away member collides with the pedestrian. SOLUTION: A shock load inputted to a projecting part 6e is absorbed by crashing and deforming an upper face 6a and a lower face 6b. The shock load which is not absorbed by crash and deformation of the upper face 6a and the lower face 6b is inputted to a shock transmission part 7c from a mounting part 33. The planar shock transmission part 7c transmits the shock load in a forward and backward direction of the vehicle body almost without deteriorating it. The shock load inputted to a supporting body part 7b is absorbed by deformation of two bead parts 32 extending along an upward and downward direction. When the shock load inputted to the supporting body part 7b is small, the front bead part 32 is crashed and deformed to absorb the shock load, and the shock load which is not absorbed by deformation of the front bead part 32 is absorbed by deformation of the rear bead part 32.
