The holder (2) has a base body (4) provided with a receiver (6) for inserting an article. A component (8) i.e. counter bearing, is provided for holding the article above the receiver and spaced at a distance to the receiver. The receiver is rotatably arranged at a guide of the base body and clamped by a spring (26) in a direction of the component, which is adjustably arranged at the base body, where the holder is regulated by a bolting device (48). The receiver and the component are connected with a sliding body (24), which is adjustably guided in a profile (20).
