MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PRINTING ANTENNA PATTERN ON PLASTIC PART FOR MOBILE PHONE USING ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIBLE INK

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a synthetic resin component printed with an antenna pattern for a portable phone by using conductive ink is provided to improve productivity and reduce an environmental contamination by making the antenna pattern without a plating process. CONSTITUTION: An ion film is formed by neutralizing an electrostatic film on the surface of a synthetic resin component. Conductive ink is attached to a print pad with an antenna pattern shape to be printed. The print pad is heated by applying hot wind. The antenna pattern is printed on the synthetic resin component by pressing and heating. The synthetic resin component is heated and dried.
