The device has an integrated blower controller (3) for converting electrical energy, and a storage medium (4) for storing the energy. The unit allows contact line rods and a contact line wire to accommodate vertical solar modules (1) and to directly transporting the obtained electrical energy. Power rods and a power line network are provided to accommodate the solar modules and for directly transporting the obtained electrical energy. A small wind generator (2) is provided with a vertical rotation axis on a head of the contact line and power rods. The unit is made of composite materials.
