<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor outputting an RGB Bayer signal through an internal conversion, and to provide an image processor including the image sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The image sensor has a pixel array including a plurality of pixels having a non-RGB Bayer pattern, an analog-digital converter to convert each of analog pixel signals outputted from a plurality of pixels to corresponding digital pixel signals, and an RGB converter to convert the digital pixel signal to the RGB Bayer signal and to output it. Accordingly, the image sensor keeps compatibility with a universal image-signal processor (ISP) which receives the RGB Bayer signal and processes it, without separately preparing any converters or modules. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
