<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device with the size of power module and the capacity of a snubber capacitor reduced, and capable of obtaining overall size reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter 1 includes a control module 11, which controls a semiconductor module 6 and the inverter 1, and a power module 12 which handles a large current. The control module 11 has a dielectric board 19, and the power module 12 has a metal board 14 which has proper thermal conductivity than that of the dielectric board 19. The metal board 14 is provided with the semiconductor module 6, and the dielectric board 19 is provided with a snubber capacitor 9 constituted of a ceramic capacitor, and a line 20 is provided which electrically connects the semiconductor module 6 to the snubber capacitor 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
