<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable notifying destinations and notifying contents of notifications after a first notification to be switched according to the types of failures in a supported person. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring device which can connect a plurality of communication terminal devices through a network has: an imaging means; a detection means detecting an failure; a reception means receiving information from a plurality of communication terminal devices; and a transmission means transmitting, when an failure is detected by the detection means, first transmission information generated per communication terminal device based on a transmission control file to a plurality of communication terminal devices written in the transmission control file, and transmitting, when information is received by the reception means from one of the plurality of communication terminal devices having transmitted the first transmission information, second transmission information generated based on the transmission control file to the communication terminal device written in the transmission control file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
