<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system monitoring and control device which allows space-saving of a comprehensive monitoring panel and a console and allows intuitive monitoring and operation while preventing erroneous operations. <P>SOLUTION: The power system monitoring and control device includes: a monitoring console computer 12 which controls a monitoring console; a spatial console screen display device 33 which displays out a monitoring and control screen to a space; a spatial coordinate detection device 35 which detects coordinates selected by an operator in a spatial video screen displayed by the spatial console screen display device 33, a voice input processing device 32 which performs input processing of operator's voice; and a monitoring and control server computer 15 which monitors and controls apparatus of a power system. The monitoring console computer 12 discriminates an operation object apparatus displayed at coordinates touched by operator's fingers in the spatial video screen and, in response to input of operation request information with operator's voice from the voice input processing device 32 to the operation object apparatus, outputs an operation request to the monitoring and control server computer 13 and outputs an operation command to the operation object apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
