<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including circuits operating by different voltages, which suppresses increase in area. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is equipped with: a first circuit 20 connected with an external terminal 10 and operating by a first voltage input from the external terminal; a second circuit 40 connected with the external terminal via a resistor element and operating by a second voltage having an absolute value smaller than that of the first voltage; and a voltage dividing element connected with a first node between the resistor element and the second circuit whose conductivity or non-conductivity is selected by a control signal.
