PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation device of a work with a thin material pressure sensitive adhesive capable of separating the work with the thin material pressure sensitive adhesive from a separation tape so that precise positioning can be performed. SOLUTION: The separation device of the work 10 successively separates the work 10 with the thin material pressure sensitive adhesive on the separation tape 11 by a separation part 21 for suddenly bending by winding the separation tape 11, and includes a reciprocal unit 20, a fixing chuck 31 at the tape material supply side, a fixing chuck 32 at the separation tape discharge side, a brake 33 for applying tension to the separation tape 11 by interposingly pressing a tape material 11A, a pair of movable pulleys 25 and 25 reciprocated together with the reciprocal unit 20, a pair of fixed pulleys 40 and 40, a pair of fixing parts 45 and 45, a winding member 50, a drive device 41 for reciprocating the reciprocal unit 20, and a feed chuck 60 arranged in an interlocking body 55 fixed to the winding member 50 and moving the separation tape 11 in the discharge direction.
