PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a better image by preventing dew formation and freezing, and to protect a camera from a low temperature as a whole for preventing the crack and breakage of a camera case caused by freezing. SOLUTION: Transparent resistive films for a heater are formed on surfaces which face each other of a lens 6 and on the surface of a transparent support board 5 with a heating wire arranged inside the outer wall of a lens holder 7. Thus, a camera module 1 can be heated or can be kept warm as a whole. By this, better image can be obtained by preventing dew formation and freezing, and the camera can be protected from the low temperature as a whole, thus preventing the crack or breakage of the camera case caused by freezing.
