PURPOSE: An environment friendly producing method of a vegetation block, and the vegetation block capable of using as an artificial fish reef are provided to improve the transportability and the installation property of the vegetation block. CONSTITUTION: An environment friendly producing method of a vegetation block capable of using as an artificial fish reef comprises the following steps: forming penetration holes(111,112) on unit blocks(110); locating the unit blocks to connect the penetration holes; and passing block assemblies through the penetration holes, for binding the unit blocks in a lattice form.
