PURPOSE: A removal method of harmful component from base pyroligneous liquor, and a producing method of functional pyroligneous liquor are provided to change the acidity of the pyroligneous liquor. CONSTITUTION: A removal method of harmful component from base pyroligneous liquor comprises the following steps: settling the base pyroligneous liquor in an airtight container for 6months; removing tar and pitch on the bottom of the airtight container; and removing light oil from the upper side of the airtight container. Functional pyroligneous liquor is obtained by precipitating the base pyroligneous liquor for more than 1 year.
