<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uplink radio resource control method capable of improving the capacity and coverage of a mobile communication network. <P>SOLUTION: The uplink radio resource control method includes a step for measuring both of the all interference value and the in-cell interference value, a step for reporting the measured values to a radio network control device, a step for calculating the all interference permitted for each cell in the radio network control device according to the report from the base station, a step for transmitting information on the permitted all interference to the base station, and a step for scheduling the mobile station uplink line data packet transmission so that the permitted all interference calculated for each cell is not exceeded according to the permitted all interference by the base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
