<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for facilitating association between an external ID and an enterprise ID. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: (A) receiving a communication request at a network device of a first network; (B) determining a first ID of a first user identified in the communication request; and (C) mapping the first ID of the first user to a second ID of the first user.
