CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM, CONTROLLER, AND CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM USED BY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector identification system that facilitates identifying an optical connector for aerial installation, and to provide a controller and a connector identification program for use by the system.

SOLUTION: An RFID tag 10 stores in advance an intrinsic serial number capable of specifying the connector 100. The RFID tag 10 makes a light emitting element 11 emit light, when the serial number conveyed by an RFID reader/writer 30 matches the intrinsic serial number. Moreover, a PC 60 displays on a CRT 50 an imaged video of the RFID tag 10 with the serial number, facility information on the connector, and customer information at a position of light emission of the light emitting element.
