<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication access tool lending and return management system for an ID card or a key or the like by which the interference of a manager is reduced as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: This management system includes: a storage holder 2 in which a unique ID card 1 is stored, and to which an individual unique RFID tag is attached; a storage cabinet 3 in which a tag reader 5 which communicates with the RFID tag of the storage holder 2 is incorporated, and in which an electronic tag 6 is installed; a PC system environment 7 which can communicate with the incorporated tag reader 5 and the electronic lock 6 of the storage cabinet, that is, the PC system environment 7 which has a database 8 in which the storage situations of various lending use configurations are recorded and a control program 9 for displaying the storage situations of the various lending use configurations with different colors at a display based on the database; an authentication log-in means 12 for logging in the system of the PC system environment under the control of the control program 9; and an external tag reader 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
