<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clone of human neural stem cell or human neural stem progeny cell having: the capacity to differentiate into different types of nerve cells; a migratory capacity whereby the cell is capable of traveling from a first location where the neuronal cell is administered to a location at which there is a tumor cell; the ability to travel through and around a tumor, whereby a plurality of the neuronal cells are capable of surrounding the tumor; and the capacity to track an infiltrating tumor cell, thereby treating infiltrating and metastasizing tumors. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: the clone of human neural stem cell or human neural stem progeny cell which is genetically modified and stably maintained in vitro as individual specific cell system suitable for engraftment to a living host subject in vivo upon request; and a progeny cell which is maintained in vitro as a stable cell system, and genetically modified to be suitable for engraftment to the living host subject in vivo upon request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
