PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high durability even in repeated use for long period of time, suppressing decrease in image density or image degradation due to generation of image blur, and stably giving an image of high picture quality. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises at least a photosensitive layer and a surface protective layer formed on an electroconductive support, wherein the surface protective layer contains a filler, at least one organic compound having an acid value of 10 to 400 (mgKOH/g), and at least one selected from diamine compounds expressed by general formula (1).
